Zibo TAA Metal Products Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Japanese joint venture combining the strengths of two companies, Japan TAA Co., Ltd. and Zhoucun Steel Grit Factory (a member of the Chinese Abrasives Association). Our facilities cover an area of 30,000 square meters and our fixed assets are valued at around USD 6,000,000. We have 286 employees including 58 technical and supervision personnel. The annual output of our five series of metal abrasives reaches 50,000MT. We are the largest producer of these products in terms of scale and variety in Asia. We supply 300 enterprises in China and export to more than 20 countries, including the United States, Japan, Italy, Singapore and Malaysia. Our products have been favorably received there and enjoy a good reputation. Since 2001 the company has taken several steps that have meant industry breakthroughs concerning metal abrasives. Our products have many advantages, i.e. evenness of size, moderate hardness, suitable intensity, toughness and resistance to wear and tear. We are also able to supply other abrasives such as glass beads, fused Alumina, silicon carbide, abrasive wheels and sand paper. We have fulfilled the requirements necessary to receive ISO9002 certification, and can meet the required standards necessary of the American SAE.J444. The quality of the finished treated surface is as perfect as can be achieved and their effectiveness is high. Our company possesses the advantages of leading edge technology and economies of scale. An example of our leading edge technology is our recently installed second quenching and low tempering technology from Japan''s Fenghe Company. Our sister company Zibo TAA Welding Co., Ltd. has premises that cover an area of 2,000 square meters and fixed assets of USD 6,000,000. It produces it goods using advanced imported production equipment from Italy. Its main products include CO2 gas-shield wire, submerged-arc welding wire, stainless steel welding wire and welding flux, etc. The annual production capacity for CO2 gas-shielded wire runs up to 10,000MT. Its quality management system has also passed ISO9001 and has been approved by the Chinese Classification Society (CCS) and Lloyd''s Shipping of London (LR).
